Shipping & Returns
Nightingale ships domestically throughout the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping yet, but are looking to add that capability soon. We do, however, offer some International Export capabilities through our Amazon.com Store.
Standard Shipping = 3-5 Business Days to Lower 48 States.
Expedited Shipping = 2-3 Business Days (if order placed by 2pm Mon-Fri)
Priority Shipping = 1-2 Business Days (if order placed by 2pm Mon-Fri)

If you purchased an item directly from nightingale.baby and would like to return it within 30 days, we will issue you a refund or store credit (minus any shipping costs). We do not charge a restocking fee, but return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Returned items must be in perfect, un-used condition with original tags still attached. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number to begin the return authorization process.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
